A specialist in uncovering pricing power, customer segmentation, pricing through the product life cycle, he's worked on pricing projects across industries. These industries include enterprise software, data & information, industrial products and financial services. Richard received his MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and holds both a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemistry. 

Ellen Quackenbush

Ellen is the Senior Value Expert at Holden Advisors. She manages customer value projects and advances the firm’s thought leadership on how B2B firms can improve business outcomes for their customers. She's developed cutting-edge curricula to support pricing, product development, and sales teams. Her goal is to aid the sales team in developing innovation and tuning their existing product portfolio to drive profitable growth. She holds an M.S. in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in economics from Smith College.
